Obvia, a geohumanist type for all media. Obvia appeared as a result of direct observation on typefaces classified as geometric and the plan to explore for the first time width axes - to be published soon - expanding its usability.

The idea behind Obvias design was to create a distancing from geometrically pure shapes, in this case, square shapes.

Then some details were added, such as subtle inktraps, concave endings of the stems and carefully drawn alternate characters, giving a geohumanist tone to the font.

More This first family of Obvia has 9 weights ranging from Thin to Black with their respective italics, delivering a strong typographic identity, from the paper to the pixel.

Blacker is a wedge serif type family designed by Cosimo Lorenzo Pancini and Andrea Tartarelli as a take on the contemporary evil serif genre: typefaces with high contrast, 1970s-evoking proportions and sharp wedge serifs.

Design details have been fine-tuned in two subfamilies: the display variant offers tighter kerning, higher contrast and sharper corners for maximum effect at big sizes, while the text variant offers better readability and screen rendering with lower contrast.

Each subfamily comes in six weights from light to heavy, with matching true italics, for a full range of editorial and advertising uses.

More Blacker features an extended character set that covers over seventy languages using the latin alphabet, as well as Russian Cyrillic.

Open type features include small caps, four sets of figures, fractions, superior & inferior figures, alternate forms and discretionary ligatures.

Useful links: TT Smalls PDF Type Specimen TT Smalls graphic presentation at Behance TT Smalls is a geometric sans serif created for use in video clips and for video production.

The main feature of the font family is the big difference between the uppercase and lowercase characters, in which we intentionally diminish the x-height.

At the same time, in order for signs to be readable and balanced, the font uses pronounced visual compensators and a large letter spacing.

More In the typeface there is a decorative set of alternative characters that covers the uppercase Latin alphabet, uppercase Cyrillic alphabet, and standard figures.

As the thickness of the strokes decreases, the number of layer lines in the design of the letter decreases.

For example, in the Black weight, the design in an alternative decorative set consists of 4 layers-lines, and in Thin already only of one line.

In order to simplify the access to this special set, we have programmed it for the SMCP (small caps) feature.

You just need to turn it on. Especially for video production we have prepared a set of particular catchwords that are included in each font, and whose height corresponds to the x-height of the lowercase sign.

For catchwords output, you need to type a special combination of characters. For example, to get the AKA catchword, you need to type one of the following combinations: a+k+a, or A+K+A, or a_k_a, or A_K_A.

Using any of these combinations will make the catchword appear. It is important to note that for successful use of catchwords, the feature calt (contextual alternates) must be permanently turned on.

The TT Smalls font family consists of 18 fonts: 9 weights and 9 italics.

The family has a set of stylistic alternatives, which make the typeface a bit more humanist when turned on.

TT Smalls features 16 ligatures, including several Cyrillic, old-style figures, a set of navigational arrows.

In addition, TT Smalls supports a large number of other useful OpenType features such as case, ordn, sups, sinf, dnom, numr, onum, tnum, pnum, calt, frac.

Sugo Pro is a condensed geometric sans serif with a robust body, slightly rounded corners and no-nonsense street style attitude.

The sturdy, robust design of Sugo makes it an ideal choice for sports branding and street-style editorial use.

Lighter weights provide great legibility at small sizes while the regular and bold weights are more suited to titling, logo and headlines.

More It was designed in 2006 by Francesco Canovaro in two weights (regular and extralight) and later used by Cosimo Lorenzo Pancini as base inspiration for the design of the successful Zetafonts' Cocogoose Pro typeface.

In 2018 the family was completely redesigned by Andrea Tartarelli, expanding the original glyph set to include cyrillic and greek and adding three extra weights and italics.

The restored and revamped version, named Sugo Pro Classic, also includes full Open Type features for positional figures, Alternates and Small Caps, and restores alternate glyph shapes created by Canovaro for the original Sugo, accessible as Stylistic Alternates.

A companion typeface, Sugo Pro Display, uses these alternates as base glyphs and provides a tighter kerning, ideal for display use and logo design.
